Meet the Learning Experts

At Metaeffect School, Learning Experts are more than instructors — they’re your coaches, mirrors, and steady companions. They teach you how to learn, not just what to study. That means helping you navigate real-life language situations, sharpen your understanding, and build the habits that lead to fluency.

But just as importantly, they help you understand yourself — your emotions, your motivation, your rhythm. Whether you're in a pod session or reaching out for help mid-week, your Learning Expert is there to guide you forward, always with empathy and clarity.

Bojan Lazarevski

Learning belief: The real magic starts when curiosity takes over.
Still learning: Building deeper discipline, one thoughtful step at a time.
Advice to his younger self: Play with the knowledge you find. It’s yours now - make it come alive.

Bojan

With 15+ years of teaching experience, Bojan helps students move beyond grammar into real growth. He guides with empathy, challenges old-school beliefs, and teaches you how to learn - not just what to study. With a background in English education, assessment, and deep personal reflection, Bojan doesn’t just teach - he mentors. For him, learning starts with love: love for growth, love for the process, and love for learning itself. His proudest moments come when students try things on their own, not when he provides the answer. He believes real learning comes from letting go of perfection, trusting yourself, and exploring freely. Rather than act as a source of knowledge, Bojan serves as a guide - someone who nudges, supports, and reflects with you as you grow. His philosophy is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and long-term transformation.

Ruby Ellen

Learning belief: Real communication is where true learning begins.
Still learning: Letting go of perfection and trusting the mess.
Advice to her younger self: Don’t wait to be ready - start now, and grow through the doing.

Ruby

Ruby believes language learning comes alive through real, meaningful communication. She helps students grow confidence, embrace mistakes, and take ownership of their journey - with humor, heart, and just the right playlist. For Ruby, language is more than vocabulary - it’s a way to express who you are. She’s guided by a simple truth: when students feel safe, seen, and engaged, learning becomes natural. That’s why she creates space for students to speak freely, take risks, and reflect on their own path. Her goal is to help each learner become their own best teacher. By offering choice, celebrating progress, and welcoming every misstep as part of the process, Ruby builds both skill and self-trust. Whether through visuals, music, or spontaneous laughter, she adapts her guidance to fit each student’s rhythm. Teaching, for Ruby, is also a way of learning. She sees every session as a two-way street, where insight and connection grow side by side.

Vaniya Zamani

Vaniya

Learning belief: There’s more than one path - and yours matters.
Still learning: How to be patient with her progress and not rush the process.
Advice to her younger self: Be bold. Make mistakes. That’s how you grow.

Vaniya is a calm and curious guide who helps learners explore what truly works for them. With patient support and practical strategies, she empowers students to take charge - building confidence, not just fluency. Vaniya knows that language learning isn’t a straight line - it’s a process of discovery. Her goal is to help students tune into their own style, reflect on what’s working, and move forward with purpose. There’s no rush, no one-size-fits-all, and no shame in making mistakes - just steady, supported growth. Her calm presence helps students feel safe enough to try, explore, and adjust. Whether they’re struggling with motivation or figuring out their next step, Vaniya offers tools, insight, and space to find clarity again. She brings the perspective of someone who’s navigated high standards and found freedom through autonomy. Now, she helps students do the same - by making their learning journey their own.

Nikola Djurica

Learning belief: School doesn’t have to be boring to work.
Still learning: What excites him next - learning is lifelong.
Advice to her younger self: Adapt. Don’t fear change - it’s the only way forward.

Nikola

Nikola helps students rethink everything they thought learning should be. He’s here to show you that language thrives on emotion, immersion, and the freedom to find your own path - no drills, no pressure. For him, real learning isn’t about textbooks or tests - it’s about becoming the kind of learner who adapts, explores, and questions. Drawing from his own immersion-based learning and a deep focus on learner independence, Nikola helps students develop the skills to guide their own growth. He challenges traditional models with insight and a touch of rebellion: grammar lessons taught through Breaking Bad, metacognitive tools powered by AI, and a philosophy that rest isn’t laziness - it’s strategy. Nikola believes education should feel alive, not mechanical. His students aren’t just memorizing; they’re building the skills and mindsets they’ll use for life. Because in his view, the real goal isn’t perfect grammar - it’s becoming the version of yourself who wants to learn.
