FAQs
Can we reschedule? Pods and Language Learning Events run on fixed times to protect group continuity. Live Language Experiences can be moved with at least 6 hours’ notice within your current plan. Missed pods: we send the materials + a short self-study toolkit; optional 1-to-1 catch-ups are available at extra cost.
Is this okay for beginners? Yes. We welcome all levels. We do a short spoken chat and a quick written check so your child starts where they feel comfortable. We build confidence first, accuracy next.
What tech do we need? A laptop/PC or tablet, a headset, and a stable internet connection. Chrome (or the Gather app) works best; phones are discouraged. If two learners join from the same home, please use separate rooms.
How are levels set? With a short placement: a quick spoken conversation and a brief written task. We then place your child in a small group with similar level and pace. Progress is reviewed every four months, and we adjust if needed.
How do parents get updates? You’ll receive a monthly note with a feedback sheet and a check-in meeting every two months. Progress tests happen every four months. A portfolio of work can be shared on request.
