FAQs
Can we reschedule? Pods and Language Learning Events run on fixed times to protect group continuity. Live Language Experiences can be moved with at least 6 hours’ notice within your current plan. Missed pods: we send the materials + a short self-study toolkit; optional 1-to-1 catch-ups are available at extra cost.
Is this okay for beginners? Yes. We welcome all levels. We do a short spoken chat and a quick written check so your child starts where they feel comfortable. We build confidence first, accuracy next.
What tech do we need? A laptop/PC or tablet, a headset, and a stable internet connection. Chrome (or the Gather app) works best; phones are discouraged. If two learners join from the same home, please use separate rooms.
Can I focus on exam prep? Yes. You can switch your Pod to an Exam Pod (same plan price) to train strategy and practice. We will also announce Exam intensives soon!
How do you track progress? Monthly notes, strategy and language check-points, and a review every four months to recommend next steps.
